Marketplace sites charge the host a commission on every booking and add a service fee on the guest side, so the guest pays more and the owner keeps less for the exact same stay. A direct booking keeps the whole arrangement simple: you deal with the property, the property deals with you, and nobody in the middle takes a cut of your rent.

Stays run 1 month minimum, up to 12 months. Utilities are included, the units are furnished, and we will confirm the details before anything is booked.
Bring your bags. The loft is furnished and ready, the parking lot is large, and you have a local contact for the entire stay.
Furnished Finder and Zillow are great places to discover us. They are not where the booking has to happen. Come here instead: one call, one rate, no middleman, and a relationship for the next contract, the next traveler from your agency, or the next project in the corridor.
Rates are quoted direct and depend on the unit, the term, and your dates. Better rates than extended-stay hotels in the Fort Edward and Glens Falls area.
